Outdoor Shoot for a Dancer

Don't let anyone convince you not to shoot at high noon. Proper positioning and flash location are crucial for directional lighting and control of the shadows. Harsh light can be good light. I'd much prefer harnessing the direct sunlight than settling for a flat boring look from a cloudy day. 

Below are some shots taken in Fort Lee of a Professional Dancer names Constance, originally from Paris now touring in various NY Dance Productions.
